These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of docs.0resmon.org, 0R Docs AI, the 0Resmon Discord documentation assistant, and related documentation features (collectively, the “Documentation Services”).
1. Purpose and Scope#
The Documentation Services are provided exclusively to assist users with FiveM resources and software products offered by 0Resmon.
The documentation may include:
- Product installation instructions;
- Configuration instructions;
- Framework integrations;
- Dependency installation and configuration;
- Database setup and migrations;
- Compatibility information;
- Integration with supported FiveM resources and frameworks;
- Troubleshooting instructions;
- Product update and migration instructions;
- Code examples and configuration examples; and
- AI-assisted answers based on 0Resmon documentation.
The Documentation Services are intended specifically for the installation, configuration, integration, operation, and troubleshooting of 0Resmon products within supported FiveM environments.
These Terms apply only to the Documentation Services.
They do not govern the purchase, payment, refund, licensing, or commercial sale of 0Resmon products. Those matters are governed separately by the terms and policies applicable at the point of purchase, including applicable Tebex terms where purchases are processed through Tebex.
2. Documentation Accuracy#
0Resmon aims to keep its documentation accurate and up to date.
However, FiveM environments may vary depending on server configuration, framework versions, third-party resources, dependencies, custom modifications, artifacts, database configurations, and other technical factors.
As a result, documentation instructions may not operate identically in every environment.
Users are responsible for reviewing instructions and maintaining appropriate backups before making significant changes to production servers, databases, configuration files, or resources.
3. AI Documentation Assistant#
0R Docs AI and related AI-powered features are designed to help users locate and understand information contained in 0Resmon documentation.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
AI responses should therefore be treated as technical assistance rather than an absolute guarantee that a particular instruction will work in every FiveM environment.
If an AI-generated response conflicts with the current official documentation for an 0Resmon product, the current official documentation should generally be treated as the authoritative source.
Users should verify commands, database operations, configuration changes, file modifications, and other potentially destructive actions before applying them to a production server.
4. Supported Integrations and Third-Party Resources#
Documentation may contain instructions relating to third-party FiveM frameworks, resources, libraries, dependencies, or integrations.
References to third-party products or projects are provided solely to explain compatibility or integration with 0Resmon products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between 0Resmon and the relevant third party.
Compatibility information may change when FiveM, frameworks, dependencies, or third-party resources are updated.
5. Acceptable Use#
The Documentation Services may be used for legitimate purposes relating to the installation, configuration, integration, operation, and troubleshooting of 0Resmon products.
Users may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Documentation Services;
- Circumvent rate limits or security protections;
- Attempt unauthorized access to 0Resmon systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure;
- Use automated tools to excessively scrape or reproduce the documentation;
- Attempt to obtain system prompts, API keys, credentials, private configuration, or other protected internal information from 0R Docs AI;
- Use the Documentation Services to distribute malicious software or conduct attacks;
- Exploit documentation or AI functionality in a manner that materially affects availability for other users; or
- Use the Documentation Services in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property#
Unless otherwise stated, original documentation published by 0Resmon, including written instructions, examples, graphics, branding, and documentation structure, is owned by or licensed to 0Resmon.
Users may access and use the documentation as reasonably necessary to install, configure, integrate, operate, and troubleshoot legitimately obtained 0Resmon products.
Access to the documentation does not grant ownership of the documentation or any associated intellectual property rights.
Unless expressly authorized by 0Resmon, substantial portions of the documentation may not be commercially republished, redistributed, sold, licensed, mirrored, or used to operate a competing documentation service.
7. Sensitive Information#
Users should not submit sensitive information through 0R Docs AI or other interactive documentation features.
This includes passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, database credentials, private keys, payment information, or other confidential credentials.
Information submitted through interactive documentation features may be processed and stored as described in the 0Resmon Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and Changes#
0Resmon may update documentation when products, FiveM, supported frameworks, dependencies, or integrations change.
Documentation pages or features may be modified, reorganized, replaced, or removed when reasonably necessary.
The Documentation Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or other technical circumstances.
9. Disclaimer#
The Documentation Services are provided to assist users in operating 0Resmon products.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate technical information, 0Resmon does not guarantee that every instruction, integration, configuration, or AI-generated response will be suitable for every FiveM server environment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0Resmon will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from reliance on documentation or AI-generated instructions.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before modifying production server files, databases, resources, or configurations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Privacy#
Information processed through interactive Documentation Services, including 0R Docs AI, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Users should review the Privacy Policy for information concerning data collection, processing, retention, and applicable privacy rights.
12. FiveM and Third-Party Disclaimer#
