How crash damage works#
When your vehicle collides with something, the script:
- Measures your speed at impact
- Raycasts from the vehicle center to each damage indicator point (wheels, front, rear, roof, etc.)
- Applies damage only to zones that actually hit something
Wheel damage levels#
| Speed (m/s) | Effect |
|---|---|
| 10 – 20 | Tire burst (flat tire) |
| 21+ | Wheel breaks off completely |
After a wheel-impact crash, the engine may stop for a short period (configurable).
Part damage#
When the front center zone is hit:
- Radiator — Coolant leak, engine overheats, engine dies after 60 seconds if not repaired
- Engine — Oil leak, engine dies after 60 seconds if not repaired
When the rear center zone is hit:
- Fuel tank — Fuel leak, fuel level drains over time
Each part has a minimum speed threshold (default: 5.0 m/s). Enable/disable individually in Config.PartSettings.

| Repair Engine | Hood open |

Land restriction#
When enabled, driving on certain surfaces changes vehicle handling and may enforce speed limits. Settings are per vehicle class and per surface material (concrete, sand, ice, mud, etc.).
Administrators can edit these values in-game with /editLandRes while sitting in a vehicle.
Leak warnings#
If a leak is not repaired within 60 seconds:
- Radiator leak → Engine breaks
- Engine oil leak → Engine breaks
- Fuel tank leak → Leak stops (fuel already drained)
