Sales catalog#
The restaurant's sellable product list with enabled state and prices.
Catalog edits are separate from the kitchen draft. Previously created orders retain their saved line prices and quantities. See Sales and Prices.
Checkout#
The customer action requesting an order and payment using the current published menu.
The server checks the actual menu, account, current catalog and availability rules. A button animation is not payment confirmation. See Customer Menu.
Escrow#
Customer money held while a paid order is waiting for staff acceptance.
Held customer funds are not the restaurant's available bank balance. Accepting a confirmed paid order recognizes its revenue; rejecting or expiring an eligible pending order starts its refund. See Banking.
Available balance#
Restaurant money currently available for authorized bank withdrawals.
Customer escrow and held payouts have separate accounting. A displayed total should not be treated as freely withdrawable unless it is available. See Banking.
Product storage#
Finished stock saved for the restaurant and managed through its Storage panel.
It holds finished products and eligible bags. Open it as active staff near the published Packaging Point. External provider stashes are not the live stock interface. See Storage.
Delivery bag#
A real restaurant_packaged_product inventory item containing validated finished products.
The bag retains its package identity and contents. A Pizza box is a finished pizza product; a delivery bag can contain such products. See Packaging.
Order assignment#
The reservation of exact stored finished products or bags for an accepted order.
The saved order lines must match completely. Raw ingredients and extra products do not satisfy the order. See Packaging and Assignment.
Ready order#
An order explicitly approved for delivery after all required bags have been prepared.
Packing and approving Ready are separate actions. Removing the complete prepared allocation retires readiness until it is prepared and approved again. See Delivery.
Package custody#
The recorded possession and delivery responsibility for an order's actual bags.
Collecting bags moves them out of general storage. Closing a carry animation does not recreate them or erase custody. See Delivery.
Refund#
Returning eligible customer money to the character and payment account that paid for the order.
A queued refund can remain pending while the customer is offline or the provider is unavailable. Accepted orders have no general cancellation/refund flow. See Refunds.
Uncertain outcome#
A money or item transfer whose final result could not be confirmed.
The system blocks automatic repetition to avoid a duplicate payout or duplicate item. An administrator must inspect the original operation and provider records. See Recovery.
Reconciliation#
An administrator's record of what happened during a money transfer that needed review.
It requires evidence and a reason. Recording the result does not send the money operation again. A current balance alone may not prove an older transfer. See Recovery.
Ledger#
The restaurant's recorded money movements and related business operations.
History groups the steps of a transfer into one operation. Customer sales and owner deposits have different meanings in reports. See Banking.
