Pizza Preparation

Follow Pizza preparation controls, continuation and collection.

Pizza moves through dough preparation, toppings, a shared oven and product boxing. The finished Pizza box is a product; an order delivery bag is a separate packaging layer.

Before preparing#

Use an enabled, published station as active restaurant staff. Put away incompatible carried items before starting. Check Pizza setup if the interaction is missing.

1. Prepare the dough#

Take dough from its published supply and place it on the dough surface. Use the tools station to obtain the utensil required by the current stage. Rolling uses its displayed key sequence; follow the keys in order until every stage is accepted.

Completed rolling stages remain when you leave and return. A partly completed gesture must still be finished.

2. Add sauce and toppings#

Continue to the topping tray with the prepared base using the indicated tool/carry interactions. Open the ingredient view and use the cursor to select and deposit allowed toppings. Confirm the accepted sauce/base before finishing the composition.

RMB1 first releases the held preview. With no preview held, it removes the last topping. After the toppings, undo can remove the sauce while keeping the rolled base. Check the visible ingredient preview before clicking to place it.

Close the view with Escape to leave accepted tray work for continuation. X discard, where offered, explicitly abandons the current preparation after server approval.

3. Bake the accepted pizza#

Use the required peel/carry flow to load a free oven slot. The oven retains the accepted composition and server cooking deadline. Loading frees the relevant personal carry; another eligible staff member can collect ready oven food.

Wait until the oven shows the food is ready. Opening its interaction or changing employees does not shorten cooking. The tray shows ingredients you placed, not ingredients you only previewed.

4. Put the baked pizza in its product box#

Collect the baked pizza with the appropriate tool, open a box at the boxing step and place the pizza into it. Complete the close/collection interaction to obtain the finished product. An accepted open box can remain for another employee to finish; a filled box can be closed by another authorized worker.

A visible baked pizza, open box or close animation is not an inventory grant. Check the successful final transfer in the actual inventory slot.

What can continue later#

Placed dough, completed rolling stages, accepted toppings, oven batches and accepted boxing states are station work under Shared Work. Personal carried food and tools have their explicit put-down/departure rules. A kitchen reset or restart discards temporary production.

Verify the final product#

The item retains its accepted composition. Use a configured Pizza consumption profile to open the box and eat its remaining slices. The box's logical quantity remains one; slices use a saved portion counter. See Consumption.

For an invisible utensil, check the current preparation stage and hands before changing models. For a transfer failure, distinguish a definite capacity rejection from an uncertain inventory write; follow Inventory Problems.
